Your chances of receiving a reply back increase if you send a SASE. You can buy UK/US stamps online or perhaps trade for those. Good Luck! :)

Yes, you put your IRC's in an envelope to the celeb, along with your SAE, letter &photo (if you're sending a picture).

I would use 2-3 IRC's since UK postage is expensive.
