Each stamp is worth £0.50, and to be on the safe side I would put 3 on your SASE. That covers up to 20g.

A pair of digital scales would be a great investment, they're not expensive, I use mine formail all the time {up}

I traded for some UK stamps from a few lovely members on here (I don't think I'm going to disclose their names because so many people are looking for UK stamps I don't want them to be hounded...if they see this post and would like to disclose their names that is up to them ;-) ) and I was just wondering how many- I have the blue second class stamps-I should put on my SASE if I want my (one) 4x6 photo in a standard sized envelope (not a manila/yellow envelope) to make it back to me in the USA!

PS- I swear I know the Royal Mail website where I can look it up myself...I just don't have a scale that weighs in grams/ounces to find out the weight myself and figured someone else must know!
