Yes, you can use 2011 forever stamps. As long as they say forever you can use one from any year.
For a sheet of 20, it is $9, which is 5.70 pounds.
Right now, forever stamps are worth $0.45. So you would need 2 forever stamps, a 0.10 stamps and a 0.05 stamp to put in your SASE if you're sending from UK to USA. Or you can just buy a $1.05 international stamp.

2)What should i be paying for a Sheet of 20?
3)Any recommened Ebay sellers?
4)How Much are the forever stamp worth?

I really want to get the disney forever stamps but they are like £8GBP which i think is a little much for stamps
