Storage Wars autographed goodies

Hi,
3 and half weeks ago i emailed American Auctioneer website in request of some Storage wars autographed goodies.

They still havent arrived i went to my Local sorting office and the was nothing there for my address.

I emailed American Auctioneers on Saturday 14th July saying it hadnt arrived and "Michelle" resent it for me it has been 9 days since i recieved that email.

I am in the UK so i expected some delays in posting but i think the first one should have got here by now.

Anyone got any advice?
