Yes, you could use an International Reply Coupon but they are becoming more rare...lots of countries have gotten rid of them altogether and they are hard to find in the USA. Your best bet is to buy stamps from the specific country you are sending to. There are many members on here who are willing to sell or trade stamps! ^continuing on from that. I would get stamps from various countries to put on the SASE. It is easier for the celebrity because they can just put the envelope in the post instead of having to go to the post office to get stamps.

you can buy International Reply Coupons from the USPS website, which allow people outside the US to buy postage at their own post offices.

or - you can just send cash, us dollars. Many celebs will accept that and pay for the postage themselves as they travel often enough.
