When I send out autograph requests to other countries this is what I send: an LOR, SAE, pictures, and IRCs or money. Recently I have been sending just money. For example, for one or two 5 inches by 7 inches pictures I included $2 US dollars. For bigger envelopes that hold like 8 inches by 10 inches pictures, I would send three or four US dollars. As for IRCs I would send two for smaller envelopes and for bigger ones 3 or more. It all depends on the size of the photos. If they are small, send less IRCs. If they are bigger photos, send more.
