Above post is correct.

If you have any issues... Just make friends with an employee or just tell them what its for, they usually wont care and print the images for you.

Technically if you do not own the image. ie. Bought a photograph from a copyright holder, then you cannot reproduce it even for personal use.
Most times printing an image off the internet to sent to a celebrity to sign and then put in your collection will be overlooked. However if you start mass producing those images and trying to sell them on eBay you could be sued.

It is in infringement, but you will probably be okay.

Coz I know stores like CVS, Walgreens can't do it due to the law
