Raindrops on photographs...

Hi all!

Anyone have any tips for improving the appearance of photographs that have been rained on? I was as careful as I could be, but have some raindrop stains on my signed photographs (thank goodness the graphs are intact!). Is it possible to 'clean' these off somehow without damaging the photo?
