I collect 7x5s as they are easier for me to store and I think 8x10s are a bit too big (and more expensive to post). I buy 7x5 photo paper from Poundland (48 sheets for £1 -- it's good quality too) and print them off using my inkjet printer.
They also sell A4 photo sheets in there - 12 for £1.
If you want to purchase them, there are many online websites - snapfish etc. that offer cheap printing + the cost of postage. One of my friends uses the shop Jessops to buy her photos on line and pick them up / have them delivered, however 10x8s are £2 each so that might not be feasible.
Shop around, there are plenty of online shops who do photo printing quite cheaply. Although 8x10s are considerably more expensive than other sizes.
