I use Microsoft Excel, because I put the start date, the end date, and then the command =DATEDIF(sent cell, end cell,"d") which works out how many days I've been waiting.. Also I have multiple books on my autograph file, so I have a book for autograph requests via post, another for autograph requests through email & a third book for all of my autographs so I can document who I have
and with Excel I can work out averages (average wait, average cost per photo in terms of stamps)
Yup I like averages
