Hi middi666

A SASE is a self addressed stamped envelope.

This means that you put your name and address on the envelope and put stamps on the envelope.

You send this off with your request so whomever receives it can use your envelope to return something back to you at no cost to them.

A SSAE is the same thing (stamped, self addressed envelope.)

Just for your reference, a SAE is a self addressed envelope (without stamps.) Send a SAE with a request that's needed to be sent overseas, and include IRC's (international reply coupons) with your SAE.

Good luck!
