To answer your original question, you might get lucky. I know of people who advocate using UK stamps for all mail, including for SASE's but I get the feeling it's luck more than anything. sent a SASE with an irish stamp in an envelope to the US, if the celebrity sends me back an autograph from the US and uses my irish stamp to send it back to ireland, will it work? (i have no US stamps) thanks :D
