We write from germany all in english! Except to Germany :lol: ! But surely it`s okay to write in english! Good luck! {up}

You can write to any person you wish (if you live in the USA). I write in English when I write to another country. Government officials have translators. As long as you are writing a pleasant letter you won't get in trouble.

Ok so I want to send a letter to like Germany or Russia now the letter.... do I need to translate it from English to Russian or German? and will I get in trouble if I write to a president in another country? like are there any restrictions.
