Yeah pre-signed is when the person sits down and signs a ton of pictures at once. Then, they have a secretary/assistant send them out for them. Alexander Ludwig(The Hunger Games' Cato) does this and has his mom send them out. They're (usually pretty much) authentic, just almost never personalized unless the sec does the personalization.

Actually a "pre-signed" photo is when an athelete or actor signs a ton of photos at one time, and when you write them, their secretary or whoever handles their mail sends you one of those pre-signed photos...

"Pre-printed" or often seen as "PP" is when the autograph is literally printed onto the photo and is not a real signature.
