Yes, you can take a qtip and rubbing alcohol to remove the smudging. just take your time and go slowly.

If you order your own photos, get them matte finished instead of glossy. Signatures will smudge much less on matte.

I recently received a return from Coby Fleener the Colts TE. When I got the picture that I sent, it was signed but very smudged. The signature is clear though so thats good. Is there any way to possibly reduce smudging before I send it off?
