I send the pics in a hard backed C4 envelope, which is my SASE, which is inside a normal manila envelope just a bit bigger, to fit the hard backed one and my letter of request in.

Protects the pictures both ways.

You have to include another envelope to get the picture back. Just like when you send normal letters to your friends and family and they cannot reuse the envelope, you cannot get your envelope back as it will have been opened and you would have written the celebrity's address on the front. I usually fold the second envelope in half and put it in the envelope I'm mailing out.

I know what kind of envelope to use but I dont know if I include another envelope to get the picture back, or does it come back in the original?
