I saw a video where she was signing anything that was put infront of her before a play she
did a few years ago.

How far before show time should I arrive at the theater ?

it depends, some people just signs playbills and some won't sign at all but give it a try

Is an 11x17 photo too big of an item to send TTM via venue ?

I have this amazing 11x17 photo of Scarlett Johansson from
The Avengers that I want to send to the Broadway Theater
where she is doing a play in NYC.
