If you send your request to early chances are getting higher that they will throw your envelope away.

Hi, I live in Paraguay, and I'm planning to send several Via Venue requests. One of them is for an event in May, another ones for June, and August as well. It takes time to letters to arrive to their destination (according to what they told me 8-12 working days, but I'm not very confident about that) so my question is if it would be okay to send them way earlier before, as I already contacted the venues to know if I could send the requests.
