Does the Hallenstadion pass on Fanmail?

Hey everyone !

I was wondering if one of you know if the Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland, is passing on fanmail? Because Justin Bieber will be there on 22 March and I would love to try him :). I wrote an email to the Hallenstadion but it seems they didn't understand what I was meaning, because they told me to contact the promoter of Justin, well...
