There are many ways to purchase international stamps.
1. Many users on here sell postage. I would be careful though because there are many scammers who will steal your money. Take a look at

2. You could also buy UK stamps at royalmail.com. Also, any other country you want, just look up their website. This is the method I do. I've bought stamps from UK and New Zealand. You can also call and make an order if you need specific denominations that they don't have advertised online.
