Hi,
I sent my first concert VV request to the script when they were at the 02 london for 2 nights
i wrote on the envelope please hold until and i sent it the Monday first class for it to get there on the friday.
that was 2 weeks ago and im getting worried as previous VV requests (although not concert) have come through fairly quickly.

Does anyone know how long the script take to reply VV?
