There are many celebs I would like to send too. Their addresses are in the U.K. And im from the US. I would like to put british stamps on the SASE. They do not sell IRCs at any of the post offices in my town :( I tried looking on ebay and I only found collectible used british stamps that are $50 :/ I would just like regular uk stamps (10p,7p,etc.) I looked on the royal mail website and it just confuses me to be honest.. I would just like to know where people from the U.S get their british stamps for fanmail. Thanks
