You're almost correct. I would suggest you write c/o (use the French equivalent - I don't know French ... sorry!) before the venue Paris Bercy.

Singer
c/o P.O.P.B (Palais Omnisports Paris Bercy)
8 bd Bercy
75012 Paris

You may want to write "Please hold for [singer's name]" in French, but it's optional. Or else leave the singer's name as is.
