I wasn't sure whether to put this in the VV request, etc, forum, or in this one. But I already have the VV address, and I have questions, so I thought it would be best to put it here. I hope I was right! If not, sorry.

I wrote to Michael Rosenbaum (Lex Luthor from Smallville) about 3 months ago, and I haven't gotten a response yet. That's not an awful long time to wait, but there aren't many recent successes from that address here. He is going to be at a Superman event in about 2 weeks, and I was considering making a try for getting him while he's there. I e-mailed the event planner, and she responded and said that they're very busy, and couldn't guarantee the forwarding of fan mail, but she didn't say absolutely, that they wouldn't be forwarding anything to him. And I know of some who have written VV, when they said they would NOT be forwarding fan mail, and they've gotten responses. But...with such a recent send to his official address, would it be totally bazongas to try at this VV address? Also, has anyone ever had success trying a venue like this? It's almost like a convention. They will be doing some free autographs, but also, depending on what you want signed, some will require payment.

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts, or suggestions, or tips? I was also wondering, he's going to be signing autographs on a Saturday. If I send something off, should I overnight it on Friday, so it'll be there Saturday, or send it so it'll be there on Friday, giving them an extra day to get it to him?

I know, I must sound like a buffoon. I'm really new at the whole fan mail thing, and I've NEVER written VV before.
