If the Agency says to use 1st class stamps then I would use them.

I have had in the past when a celeb's reply has come from a country other than their agency they have paid the postage themselves.

I'm sending to a Agency in the United Kingdom and it says that they will pass the mail on to the celebrities home address it says just use uk 1st class stamps but I was thinking what if the persons home address is located outside of the uk.

So Im not sure if I should just use uk stamps.
