But if you use a normal lettersize, the postage for your SASE is 75 Eurocents...
If it is large the postage will be €3.45

Without IRC's the options are foreign stamps or currency.

The Autograph Sale/Exchange section of the forum has people selling different stamps or you could post a wanted ad.

The German PO may ship stamps abroad also via their website- not all of them do though.

The other option for Germany would be a 5 EURO note enclosed with your request.
