If you mean Royal Mail prepayment system (Online Postage) available on their website, then no. This particular payment is valid for only several days. And generally you wait months before the letter is sent back.

You can track your letter (don't think it's useful), but how can you track the returning envelope? Put some kind of a device in it? :)

You can track your letter (don't think it's useful), but how can you track the returning envelope? Put some kind of a device in it? :)
