In short, I wouldn't waste your time as you seem to want to convey some serious thoughts and the President will never see it.

Ditto ^^ You could actually save some postage and e-mail a White House correspondent directly and get a response. They send out PP anyway and would most likely pay for the postage without question. Good luck!

Unless you have an IRC at home, Royal Mail don't sell them any more.
As the previous poster said, a genuine reply is very unlikely and if you do get anything back I would expect the White House to pay for return postage.

The White House probably would pay for the postage to the UK, but Barack Obama never signs authentically TTM, anything from the White House is PP or AP :(
