In that case you will be able to use the calculator linked too.
To get the First Class International options you have to click on the results page to show them. USPS likes to push it's premium services and hide away the cheapest option ;-)

my letter is just under 2 oz

Do you know how much it will in ounces? You can calculate the price here. http://postcalc.usps.com/ Depending on the weight it'll probably be between $3.50 and $5 worth of forever stamps. Domestic forever stamps are worth $0.46. The international one with the globe is worth $1.10.

iam sending a 8x10 photo to a celeb in the usa. ( iam in the uk) can anyone tell me how many forever stamps i should put on my sae. thank you all susanxxx
