I think it would be a waste of money. If it's going to an agent or venue a signature in no way means the celeb has gotten it, just the staffer who deals with the mail.

I mean, that way I know that the letter arrives right? and the celebrity needs to sign the confirmation to receive the letter
Do you think I can do that? Or I should do that?
