My answer to your question would be yes you need to send postage it will higher your chances of getting a request most celebrities won't send it back if you don't supply postage others will but i would suggest buying from trust worthy user on here i can name a few if you want me to :) thank you

I live in the [us] and whenever I send inside the country I'll include postage, but recently the USPS stopped selling International Reply Coupons, which I used to send w/ my requests to the [uk] . I'm not really comfortable buying from people here or on eBay and I cannot seem to figure out how to use the Royal Mail website. So my question is, do I [i]have[/i] to send postage? Thanks!
