I have a spreadsheet too, I have name, date sent, country sent to and date received. {up}

I do the same!! Who I sent to, the address, the date, what I sent and then I also keep track of when I receive it so I have an idea of wait time. It's too easy once you get it set up the way you want it. :)

I think most people do. I just have the dates and the names I sent out, and when I get one back I cross it out. Easy squeezey.
