i Checked with another dutch collector and he says that IRC arent available in my country! Time to move then lol :lol: It is better if i get my hands on some stamps from france or uk/us ... cause i really wanna go further in this autograph collecting.

Yeah, i think i gonna do that, but first i gonna check with another dutch autograph collector to see how he does that. Or are here on this board other dutch members? perhaps they can tell me how they do it?

Welcome to the forum!

Not all post offices sell International Reply Coupons. Some post offices probably do sell them, but don't realise it because no one buys them.

If you go to your local post office and ask (remember to say International Reply Coupon and not IRC - or the Dutch equivalent) and if they don't have it, or have no idea what they are then you may need to explain what it is.

If not, you may need to go to a bigger post office or ask them to order some in for you.
