Here in the UK our postal company no longer sell IRC's, but as a member of the IRC scheme they are legally obliged to accept them for redemption. This might be the same in the US.
www.usps.com has a price calculator you can use to find out how much your letter from US to Belgium will be.
Each IRC is worth $1.10 in the US (assuming they are indeed still accepted).
Alternatively you can buy US stamps here on the forum, [url=http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic.php?f=127&t=224880]Bri0626[/url] sells them (only until December though), or get hold of some $1 bills through a bank or travel agent and send those to be used for return postage.

Hello! I am from Bulgaria and before 3 days I found this website! I didn't know about fanmail before. But now i love it!

I have a few questions. I hope to get answer ASAP.

- I want to send mails to USA. But how many IRC-s i have to put in the envelope? How can I calculate it?

- Is IRCs working in USA? Because i read something like "they are not valid in USA"? Am i wrong?
