I emailed USPS about this. They said

"Yes, if the apt/suite # is on a separate line below the address it will still get delivered. It usually will not matter if you use Apt. , Ste, #, or unit, as long as there is a designation to the individual unit the item is going to."

I put suite/apt on the line below the physical address. I hope it got delivered correctly. Also does it matter if I put suite in stead of apt.

I've done it both ways. Suite and apartment # can be on the same line as the physical address. Not sure which way the post office likes to receive it, but I always put them on the same line and just separate them with a comma.

I am sending to a celebrity with an apartment on the address label I put the suite # on the line below the address not on the same line. Is that ok? Also does it matter if I put suite instead of apt?
