This is something I've been wondering for a while, as I've sent quite a few requests out of the United States (as Large Envelope AKA "First Class") and haven't received anything. But the one request I sent through customs, I received something. So, I'm asking this to see what everyone else does... it's hard for me to send requests through customs each time, as it costs about $12 as opposed to $4. All answers are welcome!
