I agree with you. That's what I've been doing is sending a few American dollars to stars in the UK.

Unfortunately our country doesn't use IRC anymore, you should be able to use money though! If you cannot get a few American dollars, sending money from your own country will at least show you are trying. :) Someone correct me if I am wrong in this assertion. [us]

Do I have to include IRC? I am not from USA. I have sent before (not to private addresses) without IRC and still got success :)
