And any other tips or suggestions, I m sending a larger bubble envelope and cant read the Austrian online postage website to get something more accurate or should i just kinda guess ?

Thanks
I think it's okay to send money cash for return postage. Actually, I always do that, as IRCs are not available in my country.

Yea I guess I will have to do it that way and hope they will take the steps do buy postage. Although I m not sure how much I should send if I use dollars, that isnt the common currency in Austria, that may make it more difficult.
You could calculate how much you would need to put depending on the weight of your return envelope. You could try searching for a calculating tool or a price chart on the Austrian post website. Good luck!

I think, a 5-Euro-bill should be ok :)
