Movie Market (http://www.moviemarket.com/) has a number of photos for sale, and occasionally (usually around holidays) has a sale on 8"x10" photos for $3.99 each.

If you are looking for older actors/actresses, here's a source for some high-quality scans: http://www.doctormacro.com/index.html

You can try using Google search for images of the person you are looking for, you might find something decent.

I'm wanting to start a collection, but I don't have any photos of the celebrity that I'm wanting to write to. How can I get the photos?
