Maybe another thing to keep in mind, no matter what size of envelope you send, is the fact that waiting times are never the same, you may calculate an average but it will always change.

Right so don't have a go at me I do not know but...

On my 1st Investigation in May 2013 I did a survey, I sent 20 letters (with Sase) on the 18th of May 2013, 10 of the people I sent where with DL Envelopes, the other 10 where with the larger C5 envelopes.

On my 2nd Investigation in June 2013 I did another survey, I sent 20 letters (with SASE), again 10 with DL envelopes and 10 with C5 envelopes.



On my both of my investigations I let it run for 6 months.

So May - November I received 9 of my C5 envelopes and 4 of my DL envelopes, well maybe a few of the celebs where a bit slow so I did another one.

June - December I received 7 of my C5 envelopes and 5 of my DL envelopes.


Conclusion:

I think a few (not many) DL envelopes get lost in the post, because of there small size.
