wow very thank you. I didn´t know what LOR and SASE were. So I think it´s going to be difficult to me because i live in a small place, then I don´t think that here they shell IRC or UUEE stamps, but thank for the information.

Okay, so what you need is:
A LOR - A letter of request, where you ask about the autograph and tell the person what movies you liked them in, or whatever you want to tell them.

A picture or a piece of paper you want signed. You can print the photo yourself, or put some photos (that you find on the internet) on a USB stick and take it to a photo-shop and have them printed there. 1 or 2 pictures is okay to send.

Two envelopes; one of them will be used to send the letter and picture from your address to the person's address. The second envelope you fold and put inside the frst envelope (the folded envelope has to be big enough to contain the picture when it is returned). The folded envelope is called a SASE - Self addressed and stamped envelope. Basically it's just an envelope with your name and address on it, so the person can post it easily :)

Now if you live in the same country as the person, it will be easy cause you will just put as many stamps on the return envelope that you need. But if you don't live in the same country it will be harder to get the stamps. If it is someone in the UK then you can order british stamps. But if the person live in USA, you can't easily get their stamps cause they don't ship worldwide. So you have to either buy stamps from a known seller in here, or use IRC's. An IRC is an International Reply Coupon, so that the person can go to their postoffice and exchange it with stamps, you will most likely need more than one IRC. Unfortunately I have heard that IRC's are no longer used in the USA, so if you have to send to someone in USA, your only choice might be to buy them from someone.
And remember you should always have some kind of postage, because it's a little rude to the person if you expect them to pay for the return envelope ;)

Now about the HIMYM cast:
You have to send to them induvidualy because the show is over, so you probably can't get a group photo signed. Now Admin or whoever is supposed to do that haven't removed the via venue address yet. But under that address is the persons fan mail address :)
And sometimes people write on the photo like best wishes or something like that. You can ask them to personalize it, then they might write: TO: (your name)

I want to ask for the adress of the whole cast of How I Met Your Mother.
I´m new here and I don´t know too much, so I want to ask this too:
1-I´m from Spain and I don´t know what I must send, so please tel me EVERYTHING I must send.Explain it like if you are explaining it to a silly person please :neutral: :oops:
2-I want to get a grupal image signed by all them, must i send it, or they have?
3-Do they write something with the photo? (a short letter saying thank you or something like this)
4-How long can they take to give me an answer?Somebody who get HIMYM cast response?
