Yes that is correct.
Canada Post ship worldwide if you order stamps through their website, or a member here might be able to help (look in the Autograph Sale/Exchange/Wanted) sections of the forum.
I believe the prices in Canada are going up substantially in March so either include plenty of money/stamps to try and cover this increase or wait a little while until the new prices are published/out. {up}

I'm based in the UK and would like to send to Canada, would I have to get Canadian stamps / currency somehow to include in the envelope?
