From Indonesia to Germany, it costs about IDR 30,000 (up to 20 grams); and IDR 35,000 (up to 35 grams). Source: posindonesia.co.id

I have :) for Malaysia it costs about 2-3RM... I didn't really find the correct numbers for Indonesia. I think it might cost between 6000 and 16000R.
