Your envelope and contents must be 5mm or under to go at those rates, new rules introduced recently.

If it is over 5mm then it has to go as Small Parcel which as mentioned is more expensive.

You can use those stamps, they cost 62p each.

International Standard (Airmail) rates for a letter from the UK to the Netherlands are;

10g - 97p
20g - 97p
60g - £1.47
100g - £2.35

So you would need to combine stamps depending on the weight of the envelope you want sent back to you. Heavier than this and it becomes a Small Parcel and much more expensive.

can someone tell me ; what is the value right now of British first class stamps.

If I use these stamps in the link below. is it possible to use them for fanmail for the UK to the Netherlands ?
