It's good to always send a self-addressed and stamped envelope addressed to you but if you're sending to a celeb who doesn't live in the same country as you, a good tip is to send some currency to pay for stamps.

A letter of request is also something most people send. Some stars personalize so yeah.

Also it's safe to send your own printed photos since some celebs or their management don't supply the photos.
