It is possible, but it would be always better if you send your own picture!

About half of my successes are from people I didn't send a picture to and they included their own, but there are some that might not sign if you don't include anything. Sometimes they even sign what I sent and sign one of their own which is cool.

I see quite a few feedbacks that include the celeb sending back photos unsigned but enclosing an additional one autographed. Can I assume that if I send only a LOR and SASE that I may still get an autographed photo???
