It's okay to send currency, I do it all the time! You don't need to trade anything, private addresses can be found on the Net, you just need to have a small hint to start your research! Try reading an article, the celebrity's bio, and so on {up}

Yeah it's okay to put money in your envelope,but I would recommend putting paper money,because the postman can fell the coins and might take them out.

Well some private address you can find online,that's how I started and got my first private address.It does take time though :(

Thanks for your reply :D {up} . Unfortunately IRCs aren't available in my country, so that's why I'm asking if it's ok to put money in the envelope.

And because I'm new to this so I have nothing to trade for private addresses :cry: ......I wonder how you guys started, I mean how do you get your first private address?

I've never seen Casillas answer through Real Madrid, so don't think he answers through the club unfortunately.I've seen successes with for example Ronaldo signing through Real but he gets a lot of fan mail and so do the other players so it's better to write to their private addresses as there is a much much higher chance that they will answer.And also the other thing with writing to the club is that they might send out secreterial autographs,whilest through their private addresses their is much lower chane of that,but you never know you might get lucky {up}

You can but if you are sending just sending a drawing that you can fit in a regular envelope that weighs no more than 20 grams then I would recommend you buying one or two IRCs(if they sell them in your country) and including them.It's much cheaper :) {up}

Hi there,

My favorite football player is Iker Casillas, and I've been thinking about writing to him( And I drew something for him), but I've searched for feedbacks and found one success only through private address...Does Iker answers via Real Madrid? Or has anyone got his card through the club?

And has anyone got other players' autographs through Real Madrid ? Because I like the club quite much too :D

last one: Can i put 5 euros in the envelope for the return postage?
