Usually, celebrities send their own pictures if you don't send one, but this does not happens always. It would be better if you send your own! Plus, it would be more personal as you would choose one you like. You can have these printed in print shops, but if you have a nice printer and good quality paper you can do it at home too :)

As for personal/fanmail addresses, there are celebrities that answer their fanmail through those fanmail addresses, others might not, and it's there that you might have greater chances if sending to a personal address.

Good luck!

If you are sending via venue, definitely send a photo since they might not have something to sign for you! If it's via agency, they may already have photos to send, so it'd be fine. If you haven't seen any previous feedbacks where the celeb sends the photo, it's safer to print your own photos!

You can just use simply photos that you can print in photo shops or order online :)

You don't need to send a picture but it's better,because the celebrity might not have a picture in hand to sign so it's always a good idea to send a picture and also because if you don't send one then they might just send you a prepint.I for example always send pictures to the celebrity,unless I know that the celebrity sends out pictures that he or she signs.Yes there is a much higher chance that she/he will sign your picture and that you will get an autograph.

Well the private or personal address would be better,these are difficult to find as the name says they are private,but celebrities most of the time reply via this as they don't get as much mail as on the fan mail address.But there is always a chance on the fan mail address too,especially if you know by feedback from others that that celebrity replies.

Hope it helps {up}

I would just ask two things of which I am a bit unsure about, and which I wanted to be absolutely sure.

when i sends a request for an autograph, i do not have to send a picture with?

what is the advantage of sending a picture of the actor, with in the request? is there more opportunity that i get a real autograph back?

I also looked at many actors addresses. There are both a personal and a Fan mail address. What address du you use?

Sorry for the stupid questions, but it can be a little hard to be a newbe in this hoppy. and I'm Danish, so I also have a little difficulty English. :)

Thank you
