Check the numerous times this question has been asked, and the big sticky at the top of the collecting help forum section.

Rough outline...

Reply envelope, stamped with UK stamps for return postage (some say dollars work, some will accept it, some won't, stamps are better). Royalmail.com will tell you what value needs to be covered for the reply, depending on the weight of your package coming back.

The rest is the same as sending a letter within the states for you, insert in outer envelope, add items for signing, letter of request, and go for it.

Good luck, Emma is one who usually responds, so you'll have more chance than many of those you wrote to already.

Hey I have to envelopes with the London UK addressed one
to Emma Thompson - it is my very first time writing a letter
to London UK - I read she has had some successes so I want
to send her my" Nanny Mcphee Returns " DVD Cover !!!!!!!!

How do I set my envelope up and the cost - thanks some
help would be great - if you can tell me how to package
the envelope - I have them now filled out with the address
on it -
