Are you 100% sure about that? I spent $2525 on my M&G and this is highly concerning to me.

The sale of international reply coupons (IRCs) is the concern of the local postal operators. Exchange is obligatory in every UPU member country, but the sale is optional.

I would like to inform you that USA decided to stop selling the coupons to its customers. However, it is possible to use IRCs bought in any other country.

Britney is on person I will NEVER send to again. I don't need Fe signing my stuff. For that I can sign my own stuff. Britney does not even like signing her VIP Meet And Greet Posters in Vegas. A few times Fe has signed them and fans got so mad. I dont understand why its so hard to sign her name. To be honest shes not that busy. She has 1 show in Vegas a few hours a day, then stays in her room. WOW. I have very strong feelings about her and her signing.

Personally the only way to get something real is by meeting her.

I have had this account since I was about 14 and a huge fan of Bam Margera, who is in the icon. And I never changed it.

You are right, Im not angry and I dont think I know everything. Brit does sign occasionally but its very rare. I was just letting them know. If they wanna send go for it. SOME people like to know that kind of stuff. While others tend to be in denial OR just have hope they will get a genuine response and that is FINE.

Well put! There is enough data and debate out there. If people want to try, let them. No further comment is needed other than an answer to someones question or "nice success" unless requested by the poster. I normally do 2 IRCs but now that they are no longer available in the US...I usually send about the same amount of money that I spent to send the original package. Best of luck to you!
